I have been gluten free for 12 years. This past year I have cut out about 90% of meat and dairy too. Would do more but so far I can’t just take it or leave it. But I am working on it. I only eat meat when I get take out or eat out which is only about once a week. So I don’t think that is so bad. And as for dairy, the only thing I still eat is cheese. Not very much and organic and raw if it is available. Since that kind is expensive I don’t eat much of it anyways. But on occasion I just have to have a grilled cheese sandwich or a bit of parm on my gluten free pasta or pizza. So I hope to share recipes and products with you that have become staples for me. And please feel free to add links in the comments to your favorites!
